Regulatory Escalation
If we cannot resolve a matter, you are not out of options. These are the official channels, and how to judge whether yours applies.
Start with us
Raise the matter with Almeer Securities first. Most complaints are resolved fastest by the team that holds the records, and an external body will normally ask whether you have done so.

If it is not resolved
Where a trade or transaction dispute is not settled amicably, you may review the complaint and arbitration channels published by the Pakistan Stock Exchange's Regulatory Affairs Division, and the complaint process operated by the SECP.

Before you file
Not every complaint falls within PSX or SECP jurisdiction, and each institution sets its own eligibility criteria, time limits and procedure. Read the published requirements of the body you intend to approach before filing, so a matter is not rejected on a technicality.
Have your complaint reference from us, the account details, the dates and any documents ready — an external body will ask for the same evidence.
Links above open on the institution's own website. Almeer Securities does not operate them and cannot influence the outcome of a complaint filed through them.
