What this service covers
Equity brokerage is the core of what Almeer Securities does. As a registered Trading Right Entitlement Certificate holder of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, we place and execute eligible buy and sell orders on behalf of clients who hold an account with us.
Every order is subject to market conditions, available liquidity, quoted prices, applicable account limits and the rules of the exchange. Placing an order does not guarantee a particular price, a fill, a return or any investment outcome.
How an order reaches the market
- You open and fund an account in your own name, after completing the applicable identity and KYC requirements.
- You instruct an order through one of the trading channels made available to you.
- The order is placed into the exchange’s trading framework, subject to eligibility, limits and market availability.
- Executed trades are confirmed to you, then cleared and settled through the market’s central infrastructure.
- Securities you own are recorded in the depository under your own account arrangement.
What we do not do
We think it is more useful to be clear about the boundary than to leave it vague.

- We do not manage a portfolio on your behalf or exercise discretion over your account.
