The account-opening process was explained step by step, including exactly which documents were needed and why. Nothing turned up later as a surprise, which is not what I expected going in.

I read the morning brief before almost every session now. It is written plainly, it says when something is uncertain, and it does not push a trade on me.

What convinced me was the transparency on charges. Commissions, levies and taxes were all laid out before I signed anything, and the statements match what I was told.

I came in knowing very little. The Learning Hub and the client desk between them answered every question without ever making me feel like I was wasting their time.

Settlement and account queries get handled the same day. For me that reliability matters more than any promise about returns — and Almeer does not make those promises.

Knowing the securities sit in my own CDC account, and that client funds are held separately, was the reassurance I needed. It was explained to me clearly, with the risks stated too.
